Today I wore the puffy jacket.
I froze through an otherwise delightful tour of some Long Island wineries yesterday. It seems that everybody else was comfortable in pretty sweaters and sweatshirts, but I, in a winter sweater, vest and leather jacket, could not stay warm.
But the wines, the company and the music were great fun.
Goodbye summer.
Goodbye beach and awesome park.
Goodbye guy kayaking with his dog.
Ciao to stopping by the bridge just to look at the bridge. With lots of other people.
Today I made soup and covered the air conditioners. Hello wool and down and happily hissing radiators.
It does look rather cold in your pics, Linda. I think I’ll stay in Florida. 🙂
